Designed by renowned architect, Lutha Maria Riggs, this three bedroom home has wonderful architectural designs throughout with high ceilings and walls of glass to capture not only the blue ocean but the glorious mountain views. In addition there are numerous fireplaces, a butler's panty and private patios and veranda's.This property has two charming guest houses that are detached from the main house with there own patio's.

The Living room is of grand scale with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. As one enters this dramatic room the large pane windows and high ceiling give a sense of spaciousness. There are beautiful antique furniture pieces along with casual couches and chairs  and a fireplace to cozy up to in the evenings. The large dinning room table is adjacent and has the same wonderful views.

The Master bedroom faces the ocean and has a wonderful sense of proportion with high ceilings, wood floors and a fireplace. There is an sitting room/office off the master wing.

This bedroom is the second bedroom in the main house with twin beds and a fireplace.

This is the third bedroom with a day bed and beautiful mountain views.

The kitchen has all the amenities that one will need and has several places to have a meal and has a large butler's panty.

This casual dinning area is adjacent to the kitchen with lots of sunlight.
