This country farm house is in the Santa Barbara Architectural Book, known as the “Marsh House”, the interior has an open floor plan comprised of four bedrooms in the main house. The farm house has high ceilings, a wonderful wrap around porch that looks out to the orchards, multiple stone fireplaces, two master suites, verandas, swimming pool, hot tub and guest house. The valley views are spectacular as is the peace and tranquility that are ever so apparent from these 7.5 acres that surround the farm house. There are numerous lemon trees in the orchard and are maintained by a farm management company.

The living room has a stone fireplace that is two stories tall. This room opens up to a loft circulation area serving the upstairs bedrooms. There are large picture windows and doors that open to the wrap around porch that looks out to the orchard and green lawns and the swimming pool.

The family room has wood floors, stone walls, high beamed ceiling, fireplace and doors that open to the veranda where there is an out door dining area. This is a wonderful place to view the migration of the birds that go through this valley.

The dining room is painted a soft palette of green; there is an alcove for a special piece of furniture. Very open and spacious it has French doors that open to the wrap around porch.

This casual room is located off the kitchen and the family room. There is a stone fireplace, wood floors, built-in desk and an opening that leads to another covered trellis that is ideal for entertaining.

There are four bedrooms in the main house with two of them being master suites, this one is the upstairs master suite that is filled with sunlight and has beautiful views of the valley. There is a large walk-in closet and the master bath has a relaxing tub and a steam shower.

There are numerous patios, this one is adjacent to the family room and it looks out to the valley, lawns, hot tub, pool area and the lemon orchards.

The pool is great for doing your daily laps, there is an entertainment area when one can dine or read a relaxing book.
