The latest creation by Nigel Copley pays tribute to the great architecture and architects of early Santa Barbara in this classic Spanish home situated in a premiere location of Montecito.

The intricate tile floors with hand painted designs give rise to what lies beyond as your senses become one with the majestic design elements of hand wrought iron fixtures and stair rails. All of these rooms have French doors that lead to various private courtyards. The downstairs elements are complimented by an upstairs master with wonderful views of the gardens and a third suite complete with walnut flooring. Outside is a large terrace which is accessed of the great room, family room, and downstairs master which provides ample room for entertaining and features a fountain with hand painted tiles reminiscent  of years gone by.
