This incredible 1950’s beach retreat is located at the famous "surf spot" Rincon Point. Situated just off the beach, but with direct white water views, this property is protected from the cool breezes that can come off the ocean. The living room is spacious with beamed ceilings, wood parquet floors and walls of glass with white water ocean views. The dining room is located just off the living room and one can watch the wildlife in the estuary.

The expansive decks that surround the house are perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with loved ones as you enjoy the unparalleled views down the coastline while watching the dolphins play at the mouth of the creek.

This is one of the guest bedrooms which have clerestory windows, wood parquet floors and built-in shelves.

Take a stroll up the beach towards the Caprinteria bluffs and view the protected breeding grounds of the California Sea lions and their recent pups. The swimming beaches are divine and on the shore you can still find glorious tide pools, starfish and seashells.
