    • Padaro Lane: A very private and exclusive cove. You will find some homes in this community are nestled right on the sand while others are perched atop a cliff-band ranging in height from 20-80 feet. These ultra exclusive, private homes range from $2 million to well over $20 million.
    • Miramar Beach: The ideal community for those wanting a small beach cottage right on the sand, this Montecito enclave features homes from the $2 million mark and up.
    • Hope Ranch Beach: A private beach with access through a gated entrance, Hope Ranch offers beach amenities including showers, a snack shop, cabanas and kayak storage. Santa Barbara homes here are primarily found atop a 50-75 foot cliff lined with large estates. Prices range from $3.5 million and up.
